POLYESTER
Batting Fiber
Batting is made by uniformly depositing fibers on a machine belt to form webbing. This webbing is overlapped onto itself to form lofty layers of filling called a batt. These batts are then sewn between layers of fabrics are simply rolled to a proper weight for pillows before being inserted and sewn into a shell.
Cluster Fiber
Cluster fiber consists of regular polyester fibers spun and tumbled into three-dimensional balls. Each time the product is “fluffed,” the fiber clusters rearrange, helping to increase and maintain the continuous loft and bounciness.
Microgel Fiber
Microgel fiber is so soft, and its unique micro denier construction makes it the closest manmade fiber to feel like nature’s own down. By blending this unique fiber with a luxurious cluster, we are able to achieve a wonderfully lofty product that offers the custom comfort of down.
FOAM
Foam Filling
Foam products can be produced as a solid slab, as “chipped” filling, or can be convoluted with shapes on the surface. Memory foam is heat sensitive, and it conforms to the sleeper’s unique shape, reducing stress points, as it slowly recovers to its original shape. Latex foam is the only flexible, quick recovery foam, and it is made with natural ingredients from the rubber tree. It is lighter and more breathable than other foams and provides proper body support.
