How do I care for my foam products?

Memory Foam products are made of high quality polyurethane foam. Polyurethane foam can permanently discolor when exposed to air and ultraviolet light. This discoloration is normal and does not indicate any functional deficiency in performance.

What is the proper fit?

Foam mattress pads are cut slightly smaller than your mattress to allow proper fit of your bottom sheet. Center the pad on top of your mattress.

Because most foam pads are vacuum packed the pad may at first be slightly smaller in length and width when first opened. Allowing it to open and relax will ensure it will return to its proper size and shape.

Is it normal that the foam has a smell?

Foam mattress pads are folded and compressed-packed for convenience. You may notice a slight odor when opening the package. This is normal for new foam and will fade away within a few days after being exposed to air.

Is foam flammable?

Urethane foam is flammable. Always use smart fire safety precautions and avoid exposing the products to intense heat such as cigarettes or flame.
