All consumer foam products used in bedding are designed based on foam density and pricing. Various formulations of foam offer different feel, comfort and support. The cut and shape also determine the end-use benefits and performance. In some instances, two varieties of foam can be laminated or “fused” together to offer a product with multiple comfort levels and support.
This section includes some of the formulations used in our foam bedding products. There are many variations of foam offerings in the world, and we could not presume to cover them all, but we have focused on familiar ones used primarily for our customers and the industry.
